If you already have MLB login credentials registered under the same email address as your MiLB account, you do not need to take any action - your tickets will be automatically connected to your MLB login credentials. You will then use your MLB login credentials to access your tickets on the MiLB app.
You can check and see if you are already registered for MLB login credentials HERE.
You can check for your AquaSox tickets HERE using the same email address and password as your MLB login credentials.
If you do NOT have MLB login credentials yet, here is what you do in order to access your AquaSox tickets:
WHO: Anyone who does not currently have MLB login credentials.
WHAT: Please create new MLB login credentials using the same email address as your previous MiLB ticketing account.
WHEN: As soon as possible is preferred so we can help you with any ticket access issues before the season begins!
WHERE: You can create MLB login credentials across any MiLB or MLB digital platform. This includes MiLB.com, MLB.com, the MiLB mobile app, and the MLB mobile app. You will use your MLB login credentials to access your AquaSox tickets on the MiLB app.
HOW: When prompted on any login page on MiLB.com, MLB.com, or in the MiLB or MLB app, click “Sign up” to create a new account. Please create your new account using the same email address as your prior MiLB ticketing account.
How do I access my tickets?
You can access and manage your tickets by logging in online via AquaSox.com or in the MiLB app using your MLB login credentials.
For the easiest experience, we recommend you download the MiLB app, log in to or create your MLB login credentials, and follow your local team using the app’s onboarding flow.
From the team tab, click “My Tickets” under “Quick Links.” If already logged in, you’ll be able to directly access and manage your tickets. (Otherwise, you’ll be able to log in with your MLB login credentials or create an account as outlined above.)
Who do I contact if I have an issue accessing my tickets once I’ve logged in?
You can contact your AquaSox ticket representatives directly via email, or call the AquaSox front office at (425) 258-3673. We are here to help you smoothly transition into the new ticketing systems being put in place!
