Mobile Ticket FAQ

Mobile Ticketing is the new digital ticketing system that allows all ticket holders to have their AquaSox tickets at the tips of their fingers! This easy-to-use system is the most convenient way to access, transfer and use your AquaSox tickets. Digital ticketing provides a safe, convenient and secure way for AquaSox fans to use and share game tickets. It also helps prevent lost, forgotten and fraudulent tickets and provides a contactless entry solution for all fans coming through the gates at Funko Field.

Download The MiLB First Pitch App

Once you download the MiLB First Pitch App, you will need to select the AquaSox as your default home team in order to access your tickets

How To Access Your Tickets On Your Phone

  1. Open the MiLB First Pitch app.
  2. Tap the icon that says “My Tickets” to log in to your AquaSox ticketing account.
  3. Click on the three bars in the top right corner. You will then need to click "My Tickets," followed by "Home" on the drop down.

How To Access Your Tickets In Apple Wallet

  1. Open the MiLB First Pitch app.
  2. Tap the icon that says “My Tickets” to log in to your AquaSox account.
  3. Tap “View My Orders”
  4. Select the game you’d like to view.
  5. Tap the “Add to Apple Wallet” icon on the right of the ticket.
  6. Once you’re viewing the ticket, tap “Add” in the upper right corner.

How To Claim Your Emailed Tickets

  1. Open the email containing your tickets.
  2. If you already have a Tickets.com account, great! All you have to do is log in to claim your tickets. If not, you’ll need to click “Create Account”.
  3. A web browser will open, prompting you to create a username, password and to fill out contact information.
  4. Once you’ve added in your First and Last name, phone number, email address and mailing address, hit submit and you’ll see your tickets.

How To Email Your Tickets

  1. Go to AquaSox.com
  2. Hover your mouse over “Tickets” on the navigation bar.
  3. Click on “My AquaSox Tickets” on the bottom right of the drop down menu and log in to your ticking account.
  4. Click “Email Tickets”
  5. Click the “Email” button to the left of the tickets you’d like to email to someone.
  6. Select the tickets you’d like to email to someone else. You don’t have to email every ticket from that order, just the ones you’d like someone else to have access to. After you’ve selected the tickets, click “Submit”
  7. Enter the email you’d like to send the tickets to, re-enter the email, and then type the person’s first and last name.
  8. Click “Submit” to send the tickets.

Digital tickets can be accessed in one of two ways. After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that says, “Click here to access your tickets.” Tickets can be viewed and scanned on a mobile device or printed off at home. If you are unable to locate that confirmation email, you can also access your digital tickets by logging into your My Tickets account directly.

A QR code or barcode (depending on the type of digital ticket used) will be shown on the screen of your mobile device at the gates and scanned by an employee or digital ticket scanner for entry.

Yes, tickets can be printed from home by logging in to your My Tickets account on a computer, clicking on the menu in the upper right-hand corner, selecting “My Tickets,” and clicking on “Print Tickets."

Yes, you can swipe to view and scan multiple tickets on a single phone. For example, if a family of 4 individuals is walking into the game together, only one person would need to show the 4 tickets on his or her phone.

Ticket Forwarding And Recalling Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. If they do not already have an account associated with the email address you forwarded the ticket to, they will be prompted to create an account upon receiving the ticket.

Yes, a ticket you receive can be forwarded to another individual. You (as the new sender) and the new recipient will both receive confirmation emails once the action is complete. There is no limit to the number of times a ticket can be forwarded.

You can view the recipients of your ticket forwards by logging in to your My Tickets Account, clicking on “View All Ticket Inventory,” and then clicking on an event date. The name of the recipient will appear with each forwarded ticket.

Yes, the original ticket owner can recall a ticket back to his or her account no matter how many times it has been re-forwarded as long as it has not been scanned for entry.

Troubleshooting

After tickets have been purchased it can take up to 15 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive. If it has been longer than 15 minutes, we suggest checking your ‘spam/junk folder’ for an email from [email protected]. If you are using a Gmail account, please check the social and promotions tabs of your inbox as well. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please call the AquaSox Box Office at (425) 258-3673.

You can reset your password by clicking ‘Reset Password’ on the My Tickets login page. You will receive an email with a temporary password. If you have difficulties resetting your password, please call the AquaSox Box Office at (425) 258-3673.

You are still able to purchase, use, print, and share AquaSox tickets without a mobile device. All necessary ticket actions can be completed by logging in to your My Tickets account on a computer.

The AquaSox recommends viewing your digital tickets on your mobile device prior to arriving at Funko Field. Once viewed, the data associated with your tickets will be saved to a storage area on your phone. They can be re-displayed out of this storage area without re-establishing a connection. In addition, we recommend you save your tickets to your apple wallet or google wallet prior to arrival. If you have any issues, AquaSox attendants will be at the gates available to help each game day.

Double-check that you are logged into a My Tickets account with the same email address the sender used to forward you the tickets. You may also have the sender recall the tickets and then re-forward them to you at your preferred email address. If you are still not able to locate tickets you believe should be appearing, call the AquaSox Box Office at (425) 258-3673.
