Aisle Policy — As a courtesy to others and for the safety of all fans, we request that guests refrain from walking in the aisles while players are at bat. The Minnesota Twins also ask that guests do not sit on the stairs.
Alcohol Policy – Laws prohibit the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors (under 21), intoxicated persons, and those without proper identification. For the safety of our fans, alcohol sales conclude at the end of the 7th inning. Any game scheduled for 7 innings, alcohol sales will end after the 6th inning. The Minnesota Twins and Fort Myers Mighty Mussels train employees on alcohol awareness and best serving practices. We ask that you drink responsibly and respect the rights of others. NOTE: Certain special events are scheduled in 2024 in which alcohol sales are PROHIBITED, including the FHSAA tournament, Perfect Game events, and other events scheduled through Lee County Parks and Recreation.
Animals – Pets are not allowed in the Lee Health Sports Complex, with the exception of service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability, and any promoted “Bark in the Park” events in which dogs are permitted into the facility.
ATMs — There are no ATMs inside the Lee Health Sports Complex.
Baby Changing Stations — Baby changing tables are available in all restrooms.
Bags— Bags will not be permitted inside Hammond Stadium, with the exception of diaper bags, medically necessary items and clutch purses (9 inches X 5 inches).
Banners and Signs — The Minnesota Twins and Fort Myers Mighty Mussels welcome the support of our guests as demonstrated by homemade signs and banners. To ensure that these articles do not distract others, we ask guests to adhere to the following guidelines:
* Banners and signs may not contain advertising or carry disparaging or obscene messages;
*They may not cover any scoreboards, railings, existing advertising or LED boards;
*They may not be placed in the direct sightline of the batter and/or infringe on the sightlines of other guests during play.
The Minnesota Twins/Fort Myers Mighty Mussels request that all banners and signs pertain to the Twins/Mussels or baseball and reserve the right to permit or remove any sign or banner from the Lee Health Sports Complex at any time.
Batting Practice — The Mighty Mussels typically start batting practice 3 hours prior to game time, with the opposing team taking batting practice beginning 2 hours prior to game time. Batting practice always occurs at the Manager’s discretion. The main gates to the ballpark open one hour prior to the scheduled first pitch.
Beverages — Sealed, bottled water 32oz. or less are the only outside beverages permitted into Hammond Stadium. Guests may bring liquids required for legitimate medical purposes into the Lee Health Sports Complex.
Bicycle Parking — Bicycle parking is available at the Lee Health Sports Complex in a variety of different locations near the stadium.
Boardwalk – Hammond Stadium has a concrete boardwalk which provides access to outfield seating as well as a 360-degree view of the entire ballpark. Seating sections include: Bullpen Zone, Left Field Drink Rails, Left Field Lawn Seating, Scoreboard Pavilion, Grandstand, The Porch and the Right Field Bullpen.
Broadcasting
Radio Broadcasts: The Mighty Mussels will broadcast 102 games live on MightyMussels.com and the MiLB First Pitch App, including all 66 home games at the Lee Health Sports Complex. All games can be heard for free worldwide. John Vittas serves as the team’s play-by-play broadcaster. Mighty Mussels Pre-Game Live begins 15 minutes before the first pitch of each game.
Video Brodcasts: Mussels’ games will be available on MiLB.TV, MLB.TV, the MiLB App, the MLB App and MightyMussels.com with an MLB.TV or MLB At Bat subscription (includes MLB Audio). Fans can also watch on connected devices with an MLB.TV or MLB At Bat subscription (includes MLB Audio), alongside other Twins’ affiliates if selected as your favorite MLB team. In addition, fans can watch for free any time on the Bally Live app. While the video broadcasts will carry a subscription fee, free audio will still be available via the MiLB App and MightyMussels.com.
Cameras — Guests are welcome to bring still cameras into Hammond Stadium. Guests are asked to avoid obstructing the views of others by not standing in the aisles when using camera equipment. Tripods and monopods are not permitted into Hammond Stadium. Photography of the Lee Health Sports Complex, Hammond Stadium or Twins players cannot be used commercially without written permission from the Minnesota Twins. NOTE: Extended lenses are prohibited during the FHSAA tournament.
Capacity – The capacity of Hammond Stadium at the Lee Health Sports Complex is 8,730.
Children’s Admission/Tickets — The Minnesota Twins and Fort Myers Mighty Mussels offer complimentary admission (no ticket required) for games for children two and under, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. These children must sit on the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat.
Coolers — Coolers and bags of any size are not allowed in the ballpark (exceptions will be made for medical needs). The Minnesota Twins reserve the right to inspect and remove any package or container or its contents.
Concessions – A variety of concession options offering traditional ballpark fare and local favorites are available throughout the Lee Health Sports Complex.

Dugouts — The Twins/Mighty Mussels dugout is located on the third base side of the field. The visitors’ dugout is along the first base side.
Elevators — There are two public elevators located inside the towers on the first and third base sides of Hammond Stadium.
Emergencies – Security officers are present before, during, and after all games throughout the stadium. If a security officer is needed at any time, please notify a staff member or usher, or go to the Fairfield Inn Guest Services Booths.
Emergency Evacuation — In case of emergency, you will be directed as to how to orderly evacuate Hammond Stadium and the Lee Health Sports Complex by Twins/Mussels Event Staff, PA announcements, and scoreboard instructions.
Entry Guidelines — Only those guests with valid tickets or credentials are permitted into the Lee Health Sports Complex. The main gates to the ballpark open 1 hour prior to the first pitch.
Bags/Backpacks/Coolers— Bags will not be permitted into Hammond Stadium, with the exception of diaper bags, medically necessary items and clutch purses (9 inches X 5 inches or smaller). The Minnesota Twins and Fort Myers Mighty Mussels reserve the right to inspect and remove any package or container or its contents. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to the ballpark to avoid delays at security gate checkpoints.
Beverages – **Factory sealed bottled water 32oz. or less are the only outside beverages permitted into Hammond Stadium. Guests may bring liquids required for legitimate medical purposes into the ballpark.
Food – Guests may not bring food into Hammond Stadium except for legitimate medical purposes only.
Prohibited Items— For the general safety of all guests the following items are not allowed into the Lee Health Sports Complex: aerosol cans, animals (services animals are permitted), backpacks, ball retrievers, bags, balloons, bats, beach balls (or other inflatables), boom boxes, brooms, coolers, fireworks, fish nets, flasks, frisbees, glass bottles, laser pointers, lawn chairs, luggage, noise-making devices, purses, skateboards/rollerblades, toy guns, weapons (including knives), wooden sticks, or rods. Small whiskbrooms and small souvenir bats are permitted. Unmanned Arial Devices are prohibited on Lee Health Sports Complex property without prior approval from the Twins/Mighty Mussels.
- Security – There will be continued security measures as required by Major League Baseball at the Lee Health Sports Complex this year, with the most visible being the use of metal detectors at all gate entrance points of Hammond Stadium. Fans will be allowed to hold onto cell phones, keys, wallets and clutch purses while going through the metal detectors in order to reduce touchpoints. We don’t expect that these procedures will create any major inconvenience or lengthy delays. However, it is a good idea to arrive a bit earlier to allow for extra time to enter and get seated prior to the start of the game. When at the ballpark, always remember “if you see something, say something” to an usher, guest services representative or security officer.
First Aid — Fans in need of medical attention should inform an usher, security officer, concession worker, or guest services representative immediately. The First Aid location is located on the third base side of the concourse across from the team store.
Foul Balls — Fans are entitled to keep any baseball landing in the seats. Batted balls and bats sailing into the stands can be inherently dangerous, and as a ticket holder you do assume that risk. The Fort Myers Mighty Mussels, Minnesota Twins, and Lee County are not liable for any guest injured by a thrown or batted ball or bat that enters the seating area. Please do not reach over the wall onto the playing surface to retrieve foul balls, and please do not push/shove patrons in order to track down a foul ball. Please pay attention to the activities on the field at all times.
Fort Myers Mighty Mussels – The Fort Myers Mighty Mussels are the Low-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins. The Mighty Mussels play 66 home games at Hammond Stadium at the Lee Health Sports Complex, starting in April and ending in September. Guest Code of Conduct —In order to provide a welcoming experience for all, the Fort Myers Mighty Mussels have implemented a Guest Code of Conduct. Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches, and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:
- Trespassing on the playing field at any time;
- Interfering with baseballs that are in play;
- Throwing or tossing objects;
- Using foul, obscene or derogatory language (see below) or gestures;
- Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption;
- Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive;
- Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential;
- Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way; or
- Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark;
- Obscene or indecent clothing;
- Inappropriate displays of affection in public and family environment.
Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark.
Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.
Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member. This can be done in person at the nearest Guest Services location, or directly with Ballpark Security.
Guest Feedback — Throughout the season, guests are encouraged to express their thoughts about their guest experience at the Lee Health Sports Complex by visiting our Fairfield Inn Guest Services booths or sending an email to [email protected].
Guest Interference — In the interest of player and guest safety, the Minnesota Twins and Fort Myers Mighty Mussels maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding guest interference with a ball in play, disruption of an event at the Lee Health Sports Complex, or interference with a player, on-field staff member, or special guest. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate removal from Hammond Stadium and the Lee Health Sports Complex grounds.
Guest Service Centers — The Fairfield Inn Guest Services booths are located by the main concourse on the third base side of the grand staircase. Here you will find answers to all your questions and have the opportunity to provide feedback. Pocket schedules can also be found here.
Guests with Disabilities — Accessible seating is available in designated sections throughout the stadium. All restroom facilities offer wheelchair access. Elevator and ramp access make travel efficient for all guests.
I.D. Policy — The following are accepted forms of I.D. for purposes of purchasing alcohol at the Lee Health Sports Complex: valid state-issued Driver’s License or I.D. card, valid Canadian Driver’s License, valid Military I.D. card, and valid passport. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept clipped I.D. cards as age-verification for alcohol purchases, even with the accompanying paperwork. Guests that appear to be younger than 30 years old will be required to show identification in order to purchase alcohol.
Lactation Room – Hammond Stadium offers private accommodations for nursing mothers. From the main concourse take elevator 2 located behind section 105 down to Field Level 1. The lactation room will be located on your left next to the press dining room. Please see any guest service representative for more assistance.
Lawn Seating - Located down the right field line and beyond the left field fence, these grassy hills are a perfect spot to watch the game. Fans are welcome to bring towels or small blankets, but chairs are not allowed
MUSSELS SEASON LAWN POLICY - For the overall safety and enjoyment of all utilizing the Berm area please abide by the following rules:
- All persons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- No throwing of any objects, balls, hats, gloves, etc
- No climbing on the railing or netting
- No throwing of any objects on the field
- No rough play that may injure a child
Liability – In the interest of your safety, the Minnesota Twins and Fort Myers Mighty Mussels ask for your attention to the following: Baseball is an inherently dangerous game and spectators should, for their safety, pay close attention to the game and keep their eyes on the playing field at all times. Spectators at the Lee Health Sports Complex assume all risks and danger, and release of the management, Lee Health Sports Complex, the Minnesota Twins, the participating clubs, and their respective agents or employees from any liability for personal injury and property loss, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the actual playing of the game and whether caused by a person’s negligence or otherwise, including without limitation injury, loss or damage caused by baseballs or baseball bats thrown or hit into the seating area.

Lost and Found — Before, during, or immediately following the game, fans who have lost or found an item should report it to the Fairfield Inn Guest Services Booths. To locate lost items on non-game days, call the Fort Myers Mighty Mussels offices at 239-768-4210.
Lost Guests — Children and adults separated from their party will be escorted to the Fairfield Inn Guest Service Booths. For assistance in locating a lost guest, contact the nearest usher, guest service representative or security officer. A guest who has become separated from his or her party should proceed to the Fairfield Inn Guest Service Booths.
Merchandise/Souvenirs – The Team Store features a complete line of Twins and Mussels merchandise and novelties to make your trip to the Lee Health Sports Complex a memorable one. You can access the team store any time gates are open for Mighty Mussels games, or visit the online store at any time by going to Fort Myers Mighty Mussels Official Store (milbstore.com).
MLB Ballpark App – The MLB Ballpark App is the official app of the Minnesota Twins and Major League Baseball. To manage your digital tickets and access the most up to date information download the MLB Ballpark App.
Motorcycle Parking – Parking for motorcycles is located just off of Miracle Parkway near the softball complex.
Netting – The protective netting at Hammond Stadium at the Lee Health Sports Complex starts on the outfield side of the Right Field Lawn seating area on the first base line, and proceeds behind home plate through the end of section 117 past the Twins Bullpen on the third base line.
Paging — Paging a guest at Hammond Stadium is only done in the case of emergencies. If a guest receives a page, he or she should report to the Fairfield Inn Guest Services Booths.
Parking — Plenty of parking is available in the Lee Health Sports Complex lots. The fee is $10 per car on day of game only, $5 for motorcycles, $20 for buses and RV’s, and guests are strongly encouraged to provide payment via credit card or touchless payment options such as Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Google Pay. Guests are required to follow the directions given by the parking attendants.
Postponed/Canceled or Impacted Games — The right to delay the start of a game due to bad weather or unsafe playing conditions rests with the home club. Once both team managers meet with the home plate umpire and exchange lineup cards, the right to determine whether the game will be interrupted or terminated is at the discretion of the Umpiring Crew Chief. Under the provisions of the Official Playing Rules, the Umpiring Crew Chief has sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play is halted, when play will be resumed, and whether and when a game will be terminated due to bad weather or unsafe playing conditions. In the event of a postponed or cancelled event due to bad weather or unsafe playing conditions, guests are advised visit the ticket office during or after the event, or call the Mussels office at 239-768-4210 for further information.

Rain Delay — Even during inclement weather, the Minnesota Twins and Fort Myers Mighty Mussels will make every effort to play scheduled games. Please refer to the Postponed Games section for more information.
Recycling — The Minnesota Twins and Fort Myers Mighty Mussels are committed to operating the Lee Health Sports Complex in a sustainable manner. There are many recycling receptacles located around Hammond Stadium. In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, we urge all fans to recycle when applicable.
Re-entry — Guests may not leave Hammond Stadium and re-enter once they have entered the stadium.
Restrooms – Men’s and women’s restrooms are located on the first and third base sides of the main concourse. There are also restrooms in centerfield to accommodate fans in the outfield Boardwalk. For your convenience, family restrooms are also located on the first and third base lines of the main concourse, and the First Base Terrace Level.

Section and Seat Numbering — The infield seating sections begin with 101 in the Box level and 201 in the Reserved level, starting from just beyond the infield on the first base side and proceeding clockwise around Hammond Stadium. Outfield and Boardwalk seating sections continue past sections 115 clockwise around the outfield. Seats at Hammond Stadium are numbered so that lower numbers are on the right-hand side of the row and higher numbers are on the left-hand side of the row (as you look towards the field).
Shade Seating – Hammond Stadium offers shade seating for our guests and is available in the top three rows of the Reserved seating sections (201-217). There is also a shaded standing room area on the Terrace Level (Sections 301 and 302) located on the first and third base lines. If you need shade seating, please request it when ordering tickets in person or over the phone.
Smoking/Tobacco Policy — The Lee Health Sports Complex is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the complex. Electronic Cigarettes are also prohibited at the Lee Health Sports Complex. As a reminder, there is no re-entry into Hammond Stadium at the Lee Health Sports Complex.
Stadium Dimensions – Left Field – 330 Feet, Center Field – 405 Feet, Right Field – 330 Feet.
Standing Room Only/Ballpark Access – Standing Room Only areas are available at Hammond Stadium, located around the Boardwalk and the first and third base terrace levels. As a reminder, fans are not allowed to stand in the cross aisle of the main bowl to watch the game. Fans are also not permitted to stand in the grand entry way behind home plate.
Strollers – Hammond Stadium welcomes guests who utilize their own strollers. However, the use of strollers should not in any way inhibit general guest movement or block any aisle ways. Strollers must be able to fold, and you will be asked to leave your stroller at the base of the 200 seating section nearest to your seat. Strollers are not available to rent.
Tailgating – Tailgating is not permitted at Lee Health Sports Complex unless there is prior approval, and/or the event is advertised as a “tailgate” event.

Ticket Assurance Policy – In the event the 2024 Mighty Mussels seats you purchase from the Mighty Mussels website or via your Mighty Mussels Sales executive, MiLB Ballpark App, www.mightymussels.com, 239-768-4210 or the Hammond Stadium Box Office are impacted due to capacity restrictions at Hammond Stadium and/or a reduced number of home games, you will have the opportunity to use the amount paid on your Mighty Mussels account towards a different ticket purchase in 2024, a credit for the 2024 season. Ticket Resale — To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, or voided tickets, purchase tickets only at the Hammond Stadium Box Office located within the Lee Health Sports Complex Box Office, by calling 239-768-4210 or visiting www.mightymussels.com. The resale of Fort Myers Mighty Mussels tickets is strictly prohibited on the Lee Health Sports Complex property. Anyone doing so will be immediately removed from the ballpark and the Lee Health Sports Complex property.
Will Call – The Will Call windows are located at the Hammond Stadium Box Office within the Lee Health Sports Complex. Photo identification is required to pick up tickets at any sales window. Any available window located at the main Box Office can be utilized for all complimentary tickets pick-up, including press and player pick-up.
Umbrellas – Umbrellas are permitted inside Hammond Stadium but may not be used in the seating areas of the facility due to safety concerns and the obstructions they cause for other guests.
Video Cameras – Guests are welcome to bring still cameras and video cameras into Hammond Stadium.
