Applications for Minnesota Twins Spring Training will be accepted starting October 1st of every year. Applicants are required to attend one of the on-site job fairs in order to be considered for employment. Exact date and time to be determined, but typically they are held in Mid December and Early January each year. Attendance at the earliest job fair is recommended.

Applications for the Mighty Mussels season will be accepted throughout the year. Summer internship applications will be accepted beginning October 1st each year.
Employment opportunities are based on job availability, and generally openings vary by department. Some departments fill up sooner than others.

The Fort Myers Mighty Mussels are a Minor League Baseball team in the Florida State League and the Single-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins. We’re located in Fort Myers, Florida, and play our home games at the Lee County Sports Complex at Hammond Stadium. The park is also used as the Minnesota Twins' spring training facility where spring training facility operations are overseen by the Mighty Mussels operations staff. We hire for both Minnesota Twins Spring Training as well as our Mighty Mussels season.
The Mighty Mussels franchise was originally founded in 1926, as the Fort Myers Palms, becoming a Minnesota Twins affiliate in 1992. Over the years we have been known by many other names, including the Fort Myers Miracle. In December 2019, we rebranded ahead of the 2020 season and become known as the Fort Myers Mighty Mussels. The majority owner is Kaufy Baseball, LLC, a privately held company.
