TinCaps Walk Off to Win Series
FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- The TinCaps won in walk-off fashion Saturday night in front of a sellout crowd of 7,374 at Parkview Field after a wild pitch brought left fielder Robbie Podorsky home to defeat the Great Lakes Loons (Los Angeles Dodgers), 2-1.

The bases were loaded in the bottom of the ninth for shortstop
Podorsky led the frame off with a single pulled to left. He then stole second base. The Loons elected to intentionally walk right fielder
This was the TinCaps' first walk-off win since May 19 against South Bend, when Gabriel Arias hit an RBI single to give Fort Wayne a 5-4 win over the South Bend Cubs.
Fort Wayne (31-37) broke the scoring seal in the second inning. After a double from Ruiz, Arias singled to center field, scoring Ruiz and putting the TinCaps up, 1-0.
Great Lakes (24-43) answered in the top of the fourth.
In the bottom of the ninth the TinCaps loaded the bases with a Podorsky single and stolen base, followed by an intentional walk, a sacrifice bunt and another intentional walk to set up for the walk-off wild pitch.
