Digital Ticketing Guide
The FredNats are going digital for 2025! Digital tickets are fast, secure and easy to add to your phone before heading to Virginia Credit Union Stadium on gamedays. You can pull up your digital ticket in your account, add it to your Apple or Google wallet, take a screenshot, or print your ticket at home from your own printer.
Digital tickets also make it easy to share your tickets with friends. You're also able to easily recall the tickets if someone can't attend the game and share the seats with someone else- all for FREE!
Use the guides on this page to help you learn how to access, forward and recall your digital tickets!
Accessing Your Tickets
Step 1
Go to frednats.com on your mobile device. Click the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top left to bring up the drop down menu and click on "Manage My Tickets" at the bottom. You can also use the button below to take you directly there.
Step 2
Enter the email address and password associated with your FredNats online ticketing account.
Tap "Reset Password" if you are unable to remember your password.
Step 3
Once successfully logged in to your account, tap "View Tickets" to view tickets for your next game or tap "View All Ticket Inventory" to view future dates. If you click "View All," click on the menu in the top left of the blue bar to view "All" or by month.
Step 4
Once you have found and selected the date of the game you are attending, a list of your tickets for that game will appear. Tap on a specific ticket to view the barcode.
Step 5
After selecting a specific ticket, a barcode will appear. Have this page up when you approach the entry gate.
You can swipe your screen or tap ‘Next Ticket’ to scan barcodes on any additional tickets you may have.
You can also save tickets to your Apple or Google wallet or take a screenshot for quick retrieval on gameday!
Forwarding Tickets
Step 1
Follow the above steps to log in to your account, and tap either "View Tickets" to see the tickets for your next game, or "View All Ticket Inventory" to view future dates. Find and select the date of the game for which you would like to forward tickets.
Step 2
Once you have selected your desired game date, a list of tickets will appear. Tap "Forward" at the bottom of your screen.
Step 3
Select the seats you would like to transfer. Then, tap "Choose Friend" at the bottom of your screen to select the person you'd like to send tickets to.
Step 4
Select "Add Friend" to add a contact and enter that person's information (name and email address) or select a recipient from your current list. Make sure to confirm the email!
Step 5
Confirm you have selected the correct tickets and then tap "Forward Tickets." The recipient will be notified via the email address used that they now have tickets in their account. If your recipient does not already have a FredNats ticketing account, they will be prompted to create one when they receive their ticket.
Recalling Tickets
Step 1
Follow the above steps to log in to your account, and tap either "View Tickets" to see the tickets for your next game, or "View All Ticket Inventory" to view future dates. Find and select the date of the game for which you would like to recall tickets.
Step 2
Once you have selected your desired game, a list of tickets will appear. (There will be a notation under any previously forwarded ticket.) At the bottom of the screen, tap "Ticket Actions" if not all the seats for that game have been recalled and then "Recall", or you will just see the option for "Recall" if all seats for that game have been forwarded.
Step 3
Select any previously forwarded ticket that you would like to recall and tap "Continue."
Step 4
Tap "Recall Tickets" to complete the transaction or "Add More Tickets" to select additional tickets to recall.
