Cashless Payment Policy

Dow Diamond is a cashless venue, includes all parking, ticket sales, concessions, and Loon Loft purchases.

For fans wishing to use cash, Dow Diamond utilizes two “Reverse ATM” cash to card kiosks. The Reverse ATM will issue a pre-paid Mastercard debit card for the amount they exchanged. The pre-paid debit card can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted, even outside of Dow Diamond. Service is free of charge to fans. The Loons are covering all expenses and fees associated with the service.

Benefits of cashless service: Faster service and shorter wait times in concession lines, faster transaction time, and cards from the reverse ATM machine can be used outside of Dow Diamond.

Mobile Ticketing Policy

Mobile tickets offer our guests a safer, contactless ticketing experience and will be utilized to the fullest extent possible.

Please familiarize yourself with the mobile ticket interface before your first game.

All tickets will be sold online at Loons.com, over the phone by calling 989-837-2255, or by stopping by Dow Diamond. The Dow Diamond box office will be open for walk-up ticket purchases Monday – Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Ticket Policies and Guidelines:

Mobile tickets will be utilized to the fullest extent possible. Our system has been updated, which will provide better, safer, contactless service for fans.
The Dow Diamond box office will be open for walk-up ticket purchases Monday – Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM. All tickets will continue to be digitally delivered to fans’ emails. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets at Loons.com for quicker service.
Gates open one (1) hour prior to game time start.
Children 2 years of age and under do not require a purchased ticket. If seated in reserved box seats, they are able to sit with someone.
When purchasing tickets, please be sure to provide an email address to receive the most up-to-date information.
Private seating venues are now available for reservation for games throughout the 2025 season. Reservations can be made by contacting the Dow Diamond box office.

Pre-Game Policies and Guidelines:

Dow Diamond is a cashless venue. This includes parking, ticket sales, concession sales, and Loon Loft merchandise. Guest without debit, credit, or mobile payment capabilities can convert cash into a Mastercard debit card at the two "Reverse ATM" machines with NO FEES or EXTRA CHARGES. Gift cards can be loaded with $1-$500 in a single transaction. The pre-paid debit card can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted, even outside of Dow Diamond.
Accessible parking will be available for offline, drive-up purchases on the day of Loons games on a first-come, first-serve basis, while parking spots are available. Fans are still highly encouraged to pre-purchase their parking prior to traveling to Dow Diamond on the Clutch! App. View all Disability Network of Mid-Michigan Accessible Services at Dow Diamond.

In-Game Policies and Guidelines:

Concession services and the Loon Loft retail store will be open for cashless transactions during all Loons games at Dow Diamond.
Hand sanitizer and sunscreen are available at guest services, courtesy of MyMichigan Health.

Rainout Policy:

In the event of a rainout, all tickets from the rainout (postponed) game will serve as vouchers for any remaining game this season. Fans may either exchange their rainout tickets at the box office or call for assistance in securing new tickets for a different game. For group ticket holders, it is important to consult your group leader to determine if your group will be rescheduling together or if individuals need to make separate arrangements. We appreciate your understanding.
