Harrisburg Senators Available Job Descriptions:
Ticket Scanners will greet all fans at FNB Field and will ensure all fans have a proper ticket for that day's game. Ticket scanners may also aid in distributing promotional items on heavy nights. Ticket scanners will help aid efforts to keep prohibited items out of FNB Field. Other duties as assigned by your manager. Expected hours: 2 - 3 / game
Senators Team Store employees will assist in all merchandise operations during their shift. Team store employees will be responsible for assisting customers with questions regarding products as well as re-stocking items on the merchandise floor. Team store employees may be asked to work a portable stand. Team store employees may also be asked to work a cash register and handle multiple cash and credit card transactions. They will also be required to balance their cash drawer at the end of their shift. Senators team store employees should have exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of items in the team store. Other duties as assigned by your manager.
Expected hours: 3 - 4.5 / game
Ushers assist all fans with locating their respective seating location within the ballpark and assist fans by answering questions about the facility and team. Ushers will also assist in keeping FNB Field a clean and family-friendly environment, and work with the management staff to resolve any situation which requires attention. Ushers are expected to have excellent customer service skills and be willing to assist fans as they need. Other duties as assigned by your manager. Expected hours: 3.5 - 4.5 / game
Ticket Sellers will purchase tickets for fans. Ticket sellers must have exceptional knowledge of FNB Field's seating layout and pricing structure. Ticket sellers should be knowledgeable of all discounts and promotions. Ticket sellers will be fully trained on the ticketing system prior to starting employment with the Senators. Ticket sellers will also be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions and balancing their drawers at the end of the shift. Other duties as assigned by your manager. Kids Zone Games Operators are responsible for providing a fun, safe environment for kids to play in during Senators games. Games operators will each be responsible for their own area and should pay close attention to the length of play, number of children, and ensure that they have the proper tokens to play. Guest Services is an integral part of FNB Field. Guest services should have exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of FNB Field. Guest services will be responsible for helping fans with any questions they have. They will also have in-game responsibilities that pertain to in-game contests. Guest services will be provided with a FAQ sheet to help answer questions. Other duties as assigned by your manager.
Expected hours: 4 - 5.5 / game
Parking attendants are the first employees that fans interact with. Parking attendants should be knowledgeable of parking rates and parking passes. Exceptional customer service skills and basic math skills are required. Parking attendants will be responsible for collecting parking money and directing fans into the appropriate spaces. Training will be provided. Other duties may be assigned by your manager.

Cleaning Crew employees work primarily daytime hours on both game days and some non-game days. Members of the cleaning crew will be expected to do light lifting (most likely not over 20lbs) and should be able to move easily. Training will be provided. Other duties may be assigned by your manager.

Clubhouse Attendants: Clubhouse Attendants will work alongside our Clubhouse Manager(s) to ensure a clean and orderly clubhouse for our players and coaching staff. Both daytime and night hours are available. Training will be provided. Other duties may be assigned by your manager.

Promotional Team Members will work part-time at all FNB Field events representing one of the Harrisburg Senators corporate sponsors. This person will bring enthusiasm and high energy to the position and is able to represent the brand in a professional and personable manner. Training will be provided. Paid Position, flexible schedule, but primarily must be available for evenings and weekends. Promotional Team Members must be enthusiastic and self-confident to interact in front of large crowds, must have high energy, must have exceptional communication skills and an outgoing personality to talk to fans of all ages, must maintain a professional appearance. The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Previous promotional team experience is a plus, but not required.

50/50 Sellers should be high-energy and motivated individuals. Responsibilities include approaching fans pre-game and in-game to explain the details of the Habitat for Humanity 50/50 raffle program - Accurately handle the sale and distribution of the tickets, following program requirements. 50/50 sellers must be at least 18 years of age and have had previous experience handling cash. 50/50 sellers should also be comfortable approaching large groups and enthusiastically explaining the 50/50 program. Mascot Performers should be skilled, outgoing, and jubilant performers. Each mascot serves an essential role in representing the Senators. We are looking for somebody who can be on their feet and moving around for extended periods of time. Must be able to perform in all sorts of weather conditions and must be able to adapt or improvise at any given moment. Production Crew members are seasonal employees who are responsible for executing the components that drive the FNB Field video system. Positions include camera operators, instant replay operators, Technical Director/video switcher operators, video board control operators. Previous experience is desired, however, training will be provided. Production crew members should be available for evenings and weekends. Production crew members must be high school graduates.
Expected hours: 4 - 5.5 / game
Music Operator: The music operator is responsible for playing the music and sound effects at FNB Field which includes: player walk-up songs, sound effects and organ music between pitches, music between innings, music pregame/postgame, and audio cues for sponsorship elements. Training will be provided. Experience using audio mixers and audio presentation systems are preferred, but not required. All candidates should be at least 18 years of age and have knowledge of music from all eras and genres.
