Advanced Ticket Sales are able to be purchased inside San Manuel Stadium located next to the gift shop in the main entrance area.
ALCOHOL SALES
In compliance with California Sate law, anyone under the age of 21 cannot be served alcohol. The 66ers reserves the right to refuse sale of alcoholic beverages and may evict from the ballpark any person deemed intoxicated. Beer sales will be discontinued in all seating areas and at concession stands at the end of the 7th inning. Sales may also be discontinued earlier, and in specific areas if necessary, at the discretion of 66ers management. The 66ers Baseball Club reminds guests to drink responsibly.
ANIMALS
No animals are permitted into San Manuel Stadium, except if previously stated as a "Bark in the Ballpark" night. The dog must be leashed at all times and there must be a waiver signed prior to entering the park. Special request for guide dogs to be made upon request. ATTIRE
Please wear attire that is family-friendly (no foul language or graphic images). Fans in violation of this rule will be asked to wear another clothing item or another layer of clothing. Please wear shoes and shirts during all events at San Manuel Stadium.
AUTOGRAPHS
66ers fans can seek autographs down the first and third base lines before each game. League rules prohibit players from signing during games.

AUTOMOTIVE ASSISTANCE
Inland Empire 66ers are not responsible for any damage or stolen property while car are parked at San Manuel Stadium. Parking lot is supervised during event hours. Please contact 66ers personnel if special requests are needed.
BABY / TODDLER TICKETS
Children under 3 year of age ("lap children") do not need a ticket to enter San Manuel Stadium during 66ers games. However a ticket must be purchased if this child will be occupying a seat.
BANNERS
Banners may be hung in the seating bowl of San Manuel Stadium. Please contact the Sales Department at (909) 888-9922 to secure your space. There is a fee that applies. Banners containing advertising are strictly prohibited within the ballpark without prior consent from 66ers management. Fans my display signs deemed in good taste by 66ers management. No sign may be hung over the field side railing where it may interfere with the game.
BERNIE BUCKS
Available in $5 denominations, Bernie Bucks are the most convenient way to take care of parking, retail shopping, and food and beverage needs while attending a game at San Manuel Stadium. Accepted the same as cash at stadium parking lot entrances, all gift shops. Please keep in mind that no change will be given. To purchase Bernie Bucks go to main ticket office located in the main entrance area.
BIRTHDAY AND ANNIVERSARY MESSAGES
The 66ers Baseball Team will recognize messages during all home games; Birthdays, Anniversary, etc. on the Scoreboard as well as over the PA System. For information call (909) 888-9922, or stop by the Customer Service Desk as you enter San Manuel Stadium to inform them of your special event.

CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Cameras and video equipment are permitted in San Manuel Stadium. However, flash photography and video reproductions of the game are prohibited. Also, equipment that might interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game is prohibited.
CAMPS AND CLINICS

CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS/DONATIONS
The Inland Empire 66ers have established a donation program to assist with the fundraising efforts of non-profit organizations. Donations may be used in auctions, raffles, or as incentives. All donation requests must be made in writing on the non-profit organization's letterhead and should state the purpose, date of event, as well as the benefactor of the donation to: 66ers Baseball Community Relations/Donations, 280 South E Street, San Bernardino, CA 92401. These requests can also be faxed to 66ers Baseball Community Relations/Donations at (909) 888-5251. Requests are requested six weeks prior to the event. Fans should understand that every request will be considered, but due to the volume of requests, not every one can be handled.
CONCESSIONS
There are three (3) fixed concession stands throughout our concourse and on special occasions we will have portable locations for various items. Operated by Diamond Concessions, concession stands offer a variety of ballpark fare. The concession stands only accept cash or credit cards, however there is an ATM machine located in the main entrance of the stadium for your convenience. No Outside Food or Beverage is allowed at San Manuel Stadium.
CONTAINER POLICY/ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
No outside food or beverages of any kind may be brought into San Manuel Stadium. No coolers of any kind are allowed in San Manuel Stadium. All bags, backpacks and purses will be subject to search by stadium staff. One (1) Sealed 20 oz. bottle or less of water may be allowed in the gates per person.

ELEVATORS
For the convenience of suite patrons, San Manuel Stadium has one elevator located just to the left of the main gate. This will also be used by the media, media passes must be obtained prior to game time.
EMERGENCY PHONE CALLS
As a special service, guests expecting emergency phone calls may leave their seat locations at the Guest Relations office behind Home Plate. If a call is received, a representative will be dispatched to the guest's seat with the message. Public address or scoreboard paging is not permitted.

There are absolutely No refunds or exchanges once a ticket has been purchased.
EXITING AFTER THE GAME
Following the game, guests are asked to leave San Manuel Stadium through designated entrances and exits. During the game, guests are permitted to leave San Manuel Stadium and return provided they present their signed ticket stub. Guests need to have their tickets marked by a ticket taker to be allowed re-entry.
FAN MAIL
The Inland Empire 66ers do not provide autographed pictures, postcards, baseballs, cards or other items, but you are welcome to write each player individually and request an autograph. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with the item that you are requesting to be autographed. Write each player direct at: San Manuel Stadium, 280 South E Street, San Bernardino, CA 92401. The 66ers are not responsible for any items sent directly to players.
FAN INTERFERENCE
Fans are not allowed to interfere with a ball in play or trespass onto the playing field. Persons in violation of this ordinance are subject to ejection and/or arrest and prosecution.
FIRST AID
First aid room is located in the main concourse near the main entrance. If you are in need of First Aid please contact the nearest employee for help. The 66ers do not provide medication that can be ingested.
FOUL BALLS
Guests may keep any baseball hit into the stands. Please be courteous to other guests when attempting to catch a foul ball. Minor League Baseball rules prohibit guests from interfering with a ball hit into the field of play. Guests who fail to comply with these rules could face immediate ejection from San Manuel Stadium.

GATES OPEN
All General Public may enter through the main gate entrance (1) One hour prior to start of game. Season Tickets Holders may choose to enter 15 minutes earlier through the First Base Gate. Special Groups will be instructed to times and gate locations for entry.
GIVE-A-WAY ITEMS
Promotional Items or "give-a-ways" are available on select game dates to fans with a valid, paid ticket on a first come first serve basis. There is a limit of one item per guest. Give-a-way items are available to all season ticket holders through the season ticket entry gate on the date of that event. Certain giveaway items are limited to fans of a specific age classification. Groups may have privileges to items as well.
GROUP TICKETS

HANDICAPPED PARKING & SEATING
San Manuel Stadium is very easy to get around if you are disabled. We have handicapped parking and seating. All areas are based on a first come first serve basis.
LOST AND FOUND
During all stadium events, found items will be immediately taken to the Customer Service Booth. After each game, all items are stored for safe keeping by stadium security. To claim a lost article, visit the Customer Service Booth office or call 909-888-9922.
LOST CHILDREN
The 66ers suggest that a parent/guardian place a ticket stub inside a child's pocket or sock. This will assist stadium staff in locating a child's group in the event of separation. Separated children and parents should contact the nearest stadium employee or go to the Guest Services Center, located behind Home Plate on the main concourse.
MERCHANDISE, NOVELTIES, AND APPAREL
The Inland Empire 66ers are proud to offer fans the best array of novelties and Major League Baseball licensed apparel. Merchandise store is located in the main entrance area behind home plate.
ON-FIELD ACCESS
Per Minor League Baseball rules, only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before, during or after the game. Any unauthorized person on the field will be removed from San Manuel Stadium and prosecuted.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK
Per California League rules no outside food or drinks will be allowed into San Manuel Stadium. For special inquires including medical reasons please contact the 66ers Front Office at 909-888-9922 to seek approval prior to entering the Ballpark.
PARKING
Four different parking lots surround San Manuel Stadium. A Full Season (70-game) parking spot package is available for purchase by calling 909-888-9922.
Per San Bernardino City Code NO ALCOHOL or open flames are allowed in the parking lot.
Handicapped parking spaces are available in all parking lots.
PICNIC AREAS

PROMOTIONS
The Inland Empire 66ers offer a variety of cool giveaways for fans attending designated home games. Please note that age and quantity limitations are applicable on some promotions. Promotional giveaways are distributed one per person attending with a valid game ticket. The Promotions Schedule is subject to change.

RAIN CHECKS
If a regulation game is not played because of weather, the guest's ticket stub is declared the rain check and is exchangeable dollar for dollar on any future game that year, subject to availability. NO CASH REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Exchanging rain checks can be done at the Main Ticket Office, located by the main gate entrance.
If a game is called because of bad weather, no rain checks will be issued if a regulation game (including a tied game) has been played.
- It is a regulation game if:
- Five (5) innings have been completed
- If the home team leads after 4 1/2 innings.
- If the home team scores one or more runs in its half of the fifth inning to tie the score.
*RESTROOMS/WATER *
Spacious restrooms and water fountains are located on all levels of San Manuel Stadium.
SECURITY
The Security Office is located on the West side of the Main Entrance Area. If there is an emergency, please contact any 66ers staff member. 66ers Security are off-duty San Bernardino Police Officers.
66ERS KIDS CLUB
All fans 12 and under are invited to join the 66ers Kids Club - the official kids fan club of the 66ers Baseball. Members will receive a package full of goodies, free tickets, T-Shirt and lots of other cool stuff. Fans may sign up at the Customer Service Booth.
SMOKING POLICY
San Manuel Stadium ordinance prohibits smoking in all seating sections, restrooms and concession areas; however, there are two sections of the outer concourses that have been designated as smoking areas.
SUITES - GAME DAY RENTALS, HALF & FULL SEASON SUITES

TAILGATE PARTIES
Tailgate parties are permitted in the parking lots of San Manuel Stadium as long as such festivities do not interfere with normal parking procedures or extend into additional spaces. Use of an open flame for cooking or other purposes is prohibited. Outside food companies (other than Diamond Creations) are not permitted to cater tailgate parties. Parking lots open three hours prior to game time. No alcohol allowed.
