The Media Guide includes the following sections:
Anyone requesting a single-day media credential should email Greg Giombarrese, BlueClaws VP of Communications, at [email protected]. Requests will be processed as they become available. Any request must be made no later than 5:00 pm the day prior to the game.
Pre-game interviews are typically conducted after batting practice ends, two hours prior to the game.
BlueClaws home game and select road game broadcasts are available in a few different ways!
Greg has called over 1,800 BlueClaws games since joining the team full-time in 2009 following an internship in 2007. He has been the voice of two BlueClaws South Atlantic League Championship teams, in both 2009 and 2010.
In 2023, he called his 1,000th game at ShoreTown Ballpark.
He grew up in Westwood, New Jersey and went to Fordham Univeristy in the Bronx, graduating in 2006. There, he broadcast Fordham football and both men’s and women’s basketball while learning at 90.7 WFUV, the professional campus radio station.

Tony joined the BlueClaws broadcast team in 2014 following a long career at the Asbury Park Press newspaper. He served as the BlueClaws beat writer from 2009 through 2013 before retiring from the paper. While on the BlueClaws beat, he was a guest during the “Asbury Park Press Fifth Inning” during each BlueClaws home game.
Since 2014, he has been the color analyst and fill-in play-by-play announcer.
