Logging into your Account
This is the home page. Click the 3 lines at the top.
It gives you these options. Click SIGN IN.
Enter in your e-mail. You will then be prompted to enter your password.
Click the 3 lines in the top right corner. Click on MANAGE MY TICKETS.
It will then show you all the different options for managing your tickets.
- DISPLAY TICKETS allows you to pull up your tickets on your phone with a QR code.
- ADD TICKETS TO APPLE WALLET allows you to put the tickets in your wallet rather than having to pull up the website again.
- TRANSFER TICKETS allows you to send tickets either via text or email to friends, family, co-workers, etc.
- VIEW TICKET STATUS & HISTORY allows you to see what tickets you have used, what tickets you have transferred and what tickets went unused, etc.
Display Tickets
Click on DISPLAY TICKETS.
Select the game you would like to view.
Select the tickets you would like to view. You can click one or all of them.
Scan your tickets at the gate or click ADD TO APPLE WALLET. The number of tickets that you have is indicated by the yellow and red circles on the right. Scroll down to view the other tickets.
Add Tickets to Your Apple Wallet
Click ADD TICKETS TO APPLE WALLET.
Select the game you would like to view.
Select the tickets you would like to view. You can click one or all of them.
Select the ticket and the ticket will pop up.
Select the ticket and the ticket will pop up. Click ADD at the top right to add. You have to do these individually.
Transfer Tickets
Click TRANSFER TICKETS.
Select the game you would like to transfer your tickets from.
Select the tickets you would like to transfer. You can click one or all of them.
Select either E-MAIL or TEXT Option. It will require you to enter First and Last Name as well as either the e-mail or the phone number you plan on texting to.
You will get confirmation with the seats and at the bottom it will say that the TICKETS WERE TRANSFERRED SUCCESSFULLY.
Note: If you see an "i" in between the seat number and the check box, that means that those tickets have already been transferred. Click on the I to get the information on that. (Pic 7)
View Ticket Status & History
Select VIEW TICKET STATUS & HISTORY.
Select VIEW TICKET STATUS & HISTORY.
It shows the status of your tickets. For example, it shows the status of the first ticket was transferred, while the 2nd ticket is still yours. You can click MANAGE TICKETS to do more with your tickets.
