Allow Location Sharing
We recommend to allow the mobile application to use your location while using the app especially when attending a game for an overall better experience.
When prompted, select “Allow While Using App.”
Turn Notifications On
Receive limited time offers, rewards, and discounts by allowing the app to send you push notifications.
When prompted, select “Allow.”
Create An Account
Sign in with your Ticketmaster Account. Select “Continue” to allow Las Vegas Ballpark to use Ticketmaster to sign in. Once logged in, select “OK” to link accounts. Your Loaded Value and Ticket benefits can be found in your new mobile wallet; see Access & Use Your Ticket Benefits below.
Access Your Tickets
Manage your tickets from the Home screen in two locations.
Select “My Tickets,” from the more menu icon in the top left or you can select the quick access feature in the bottom right of the screen.
Access Your Mobile Wallet
Manage your wallet from the Home screen in two locations.
Select “My Wallet” from the more menu icon in the top left or you can select the quick access feature in the bottom right of the screen.
Access & Use Your Ticket Benefits
As applicable to your account, view and use your Ticketmaster benefits (discounts, loaded value) within the wallet across the venue at Food & Beverage and soon, at our Retail Store. Use in combination with a card on file or standalone scan at point of sale.
Add payment information
Add a credit or debit card to your mobile wallet and manage your payment information.
Access Your Profile
Select the account button located in the top right of the Home screen. Select “My Info” to change your account information.
Select “My Messages” to view push notifications, offers, or other types of messages.
