CAMPOUT DETAILS

Have you ever wanted to spend the night inside of a ballpark? Do you see the big patch of grass we call the outfield as a great place to pitch a tent?

Well now is your chance! The Lynchburg Hillcats invite you take part in their Family Campout Night on July 11th at Bank of the James Stadium. Bring your tent and your whole family to the game against the Hickory Crawdads and afterwards, make your way down onto the outfield to set up shop for the night. The night will also include a movie and limited concessions options.

See the information below for ticketing details and a tentative schedule of events! All campers and their family must complete a waiver form to be granted access to the campout. Click the buttons to the side to download the waiver or to purchase tickets.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

5:30 PM - Gates Open for Game (Leave All Camping Gear in Vehicle)
6:30 PM - Game Starts
End of game - Fans must leave to pick up camping gear and re-enter
After Re-Entry - Fans are permitted to set up camping stations
10:00 PM - Movie on the Field
12:00 AM - Lights Out
8:00 AM - Wake Up Time and Exit

CAMPOUT RULES

Family Campout Rules

At the conclusion of the game, all groups should exit the ballpark and collect all items needed for the sleepover from their vehicles.
All participating groups must re-enter the ballpark through the right field gate.
All bags and coolers are welcome into the ballpark but will be checked at the gates.
A Sleepover ticket and signed waiver are required for every individual planning to spend the
night.
Respect the field by not purposefully damaging the grounds or any property during the night.
All trash must be picked up or placed in trash cans. NO TRASH IS TO BE LEFT ON THE FIELD
ALL TENTS MUST BE STAKELESS
No fires are permitted for any reason.
No air mattresses allowed on the field.
All chairs must stay on the warning track.
The use of drones is prohibited at Bank of the James Stadium.
No horseplay of any kind will be tolerated. Please be respectful to your neighbors.
Do not use bug spray while on the grass.
No wagons are permitted on the field. If using a wagon, please keep it on the warning track.
No climbing on any of the walls (Outfield, bullpen, etc.) and under no circumstance should
anyone be on, in, or around the dugouts.
The infield is completely off limits for the duration of the event.
The Concession Stand will be open for your convenience for a portion of the night.
The restrooms located on the concourse level will be open for the duration of the event.
At the conclusion of the movie it is “lights out”!
Please be packed up and ready to exit the ballpark by 8:00AM Sunday morning
