Raise money for your organization, school, team, or performing group by partnering with the Hillcats! Fundraising can be hard, but it doesn't have to be. We are ready to work with your organization to create a fundraising program that fits your needs and allows your group to enjoy a night out a Bank of the James Stadium. With no cost to participate and no ticket minimums, participants are able to sell Hillcats tickets while making money for their team/organization! Simply select a game you would prefer and the Hillcats will create a special ticket link for discounted fundraising tickets. For each ticket sold through the link, the participating organization will receive $4/ticket sold back to the participating organization!

Raise money for your youth league/team! With no cost to participate and no ticket minimums, participants will be able to sell Hillcats tickets while making money for their league/team!
Once you have selected your game date, the Hillcats will provide you with a ticket link to share with friends and family. For every ticket sold through that link, your team will receive $4! Join us for our annual Youth League Nights to create fun memories, raise funds for local leagues, a pre-game parade, and post-game fireworks!
The Hillcats, Collaborative Health Partners, and SHARE Greater Lynchburg have partnered to create the "Community Champions" fundraising program! With no cost to participate, non-profits are able to sell Hillcats tickets to raise funds for their organization and compete against other non-profits for prizes!
Once you have selected your game date, the Hillcats will provide you with a ticket link to share with supporters. For every ticket sold through that link, your organization will receive $4! Organizations that sell the most tickets receive prizes!
The Lynchburg Hillcats take pride in the opportunities we have in supporting our great community, and are committed to doing so every year. The Hillcats are more than happy to support different organizations and events with donation items, fundraising support, and even visits from Southpaw! We recognize that not every community is lucky enough to have Minor League baseball in their backyard, and we will do everything we can to give back to the local affiliations that have been so good to us over the years.
Donation and Southpaw appearance requests will be accepted through the online form located through the link below within 30 days or more from your event. The form is only a request, and not a guarantee. The Hillcats receive a large volume of donation and appearance requests daily, and as much as we would like to, we unfortunately can not accommodate all requests. Requests will be fulfilled in timely manner, and you will receive an email notification either way. Thank you for thinking of the Hillcats to be apart of your efforts!
