The 2025 season will mark Jordan's twenty-fourth with the Scrappers. Jordan held the role of General Manager for twelve seasons (2010-22) and was Assistant General Manager during the 2005-10 seasons. He served as Director of Ticket Sales from 2004-05. Jordan spent the previous three seasons in Corporate Marketing and Sales. Before joining the Scrappers, Jordan served as Ticketing Manager for C.K. Newcomb and Associates in Cleveland, OH. Jordan also interned with International Management Group (IMG) and worked for the Cleveland Indians. Jordan is active in the Valley; current Board Member of Trumbull 100 and past President, Board Member Niles Kiwanis and past Lt. Governor-Division 25 and President of Niles Kiwanis, past board member and President of Trumbull County Tourism Bureau. He was recently named a 2024 Trumbull County Community Star
A native of Westlake, OH, Jordan graduated from the University of Mount Union in May of 2000 with a degree in Sport Business and Business Management. Jordan currently resides in Howland with his wife Kristen, son Jensen, daughter Sullivan.
