MANCHESTER, N.H — The New Hampshire Fisher Cats, the Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, never led on Thursday night and were defeated by the Hartford Yard Goats 8-4 at Delta Dental Stadium.

Catcher Kekai Rios drove in a game-high two RBIs for the Fisher Cats in the fifth inning and eighth inning. It was his first RBIs at the Double-A level in 17 career Double-A games.

In the fifth, Dylan Rock singled to left, driving in Luis De Los Santos and after an error on Hartford left-fielder Colin Simpson, it allowed Miguel Hiraldo to score and Rock to advance to third on the play. Rock went 2-for-3 on the night, his second multi-hit game against the Yard Goats this series.

Hiraldo also extended his hit streak to seven games, which is the longest active Fisher Cat hit streak this season. He went 2-for-4 on the night, his third multi-hit performance over the last five games.

On the mound, Jimmy Robbins (1-3) got the start for New Hampshire (9-9) and struck out five in four innings of work, allowing seven hits, three runs and two walks, receiving the loss. He has now struck out five hitters in each of his last three starts.

Hartford (9-8) shortstop Bret Boswell led the Yard Goats offensively with three RBIs, including a solo home run in the eighth and a two-run double in the ninth.
