SUMMARY

The Harrisburg Senators shut out the New Hampshire Fisher Cats 4-0 Thursday evening at Delta Dental Stadium. The Senators scored single runs in the 1st and 4th innings on solo home runs to take a 2-0 lead. They extended the lead with a two-run home run to make it 4-0 in the 6th.

THE BIG PLAY

Leading off the 2nd inning, Brady House homered to right field to put the Senators on top 1-0, which would prove to be all the offense the Senators would need.

FILIBUSTERS

All four runs for the Senators scored via home runs from Brady House, Andrew Pinckney, and Dylan Crews… Pinckney’s home run was his 1st of the season… Robert Hassell III’s on-base streak extended to 22 games as he went 0-3 but reached on a walk, and scored on Crews’ home run… Brad Lord allowed just two hits across six scoreless innings to earn the win… Nash Walters and Orlando Ribalta both pitched scoreless innings in relief to extend their scoreless streaks to 12.2 and 11 innings respectively… Four Senators pitchers combined for the shutout, it’s the Sens’ 3rd shutout win this season… With 11 strikeouts tonight, the Senators’ lineup has struck out 39 times across three games this series.
