The Senators rallied thanks to KJ Harrison but fell in extra innings 8-3 to the Bowie Baysox Friday night at FNB Field. Harrison hit a two-run home run to cut the Bowie lead to 3-2 in the sixth then doubled in the tying run in the eighth with two outs. The game was tied 3-3 after nine with Bowie tallying five runs in the tenth inning.
ON CAPITAL HILL
Jackson Tetreault started and went the first six innings. He allowed three runs on six hits while throwing a Senators season-high 110 pitches.
Ryan Tapani followed Tetreault and went two scoreless frames.
Carson Teel pitched a scoreless ninth, allowing a single but striking out three. He allowed five runs in the tenth but just two of the runs were earned.
