3 Millionth Chasers Fan Welcomed at Werner Park

After first opening the gates of Werner Park on April 16, 2011, the ballpark welcomed its "Three Millionth Fan" at Storm Chasers games prior to Omaha's Tuesday evening matchup against the Oklahoma City Dodgers. The lucky individual was Christy Hofer from Omaha, who was the 3,456th fan through the gates.

Hofer was awarded with three Half-Season Ticket Packages for the 2019 season, one bat autographed by Storm Chasers infielder Nicky Lopez , who wears #3, three hot dog and soda vouchers, three signed baseballs and other various memorabilia and gifts from the Storm Chasers organization and their partners for being the "Three Millionth Storm Chasers Fan." Hofer will also be given third base from the playing field during the third inning of play.
Prior to tonight, the Storm Chasers had welcomed 284,612 fans over 55 openings in 2018. The franchise welcomed their 14 Millionth Fan in team history dating back to the 1969 season on September 4, 2016. The "Two Millionth Fan" in Werner Park history was welcomed on August 25, 2015.
Following this evening's game, the Storm Chasers continue their four-game homestand with the Oklahoma City Dodgers through Thursday evening. First pitch for Wednesday and Thursday evening's games are scheduled for 7:05 pm CT.
