Acereros: Corral da triunfo a Monclova sobre Monterrey

(Prensa Acereros) 20 de marzo de 2025.- Brayan Corral conectó triple productor de dos carreras en la parte baja de la séptima entrada para quebrar un empate en la pizarra y encaminar a los Acereros de Monclova a un triunfo de 4-2 sobre los Sultanes de Monterrey, en el sexto duelo de pretemporada en el estadio Kickapoo Lucky Eagle de Monclova.
En un buen duelo de volteretas, Sultanes y Acereros tenían el juego empatado a dos desde el sexto inning, cuando cerrando la fatídica ante los envíos del relevista Juan Gámez, el ataque de los jóvenes con ADN Acerero fue coronado por Corral con el triple que se llevó por delante a David Cuestas y Elvin Carrillo dando así el triunfo a los locales.
ACEREROS ROMPIÓ EL CERO.
En el fondo de la tercera entrada la Furia Azul se encargó de romper el cero en la pizarra timbrando la carrera de la quiniela. Abiam Cruz dio la voz de ataque con un sencillo al derecho y se robó segunda base, a continuación, Miguel Palos lo avanzó con un rodado corto dentro del infield y dejó la oportunidad para que apareciera en el plato Elvin Carillo quien lo llevó al plato con un sacrificio fly hacia la raya de cal del jardín derecho.
RÁPIDO EMPATE REGIO.
La reacción de los Sultanes fue inmediata y abriendo la cuarta entrada anotaron la carrera del empate. Donovan Casey dio doblete por el izquierdo y cruzó el plato impulsado por un sencillo al central conectado por Víctor Mendoza.
VENTAJA PARA EL VISITANTE.
En la quinta entrada Sultanes atacó de nuevo y quebró el empate a su favor. Con un out Asael Sánchez conectó doblete por el jardín derecho y anotó impulsado por otro doble, ahora de Denzel Richardson que con un batazo a la raya del izquierdo puso el juego 2-1 para Monterrey.
MORA EMPATA EL JUEGO POR SEGUNDA VEZ.
Juan Mora conectó un batazo de hit al jardín izquierdo ya con un par de outs, llevándose por delante a Danny Amaral, quien había negociado pasaporte y que tras robo de segunda y un wild pitch, cruzó el plato desde la tercera base con el hit de Mora, empatando la pizarra a dos carreras.
LA FURIA AZUL SE ENCAMINÓ AL TRIUNFO.
Llegó el fondo de la fatídica séptima y la Furia Azul rompió el empate y cargó la balanza a su favor con un taque de dos carreras coronado por un triple de Bryan Corral. Con un out, Miguel Palos y Elvin Carrillo conectaron hits uno detrás del otro, David Cuestas entró a correr como emergente por el primera base y ambos dieron la vuelta al cuadro con el triple productor al fondo del parque de Bryan Corral adelantando la pizarra 4-2 a su favor.
Ganó el juego Jonathan López en labor de una entrada completa, la séptima, recibiendo un par de hits, cinco bateadores pero no aceptó carreras. El revés fue para Luis Gámez con trabajo de una entrada completa, con cinco bateadores, tres hits, no regaló bases, sin ponches y dos carreras permitidas. El salvamento fue para Martín Herrera quien lanzó la novena en cuatro bateadores con un hit y dos ponches.
OFENSIVA ACERERA.
Por los Acereros destacó Brayan Corral con el triple del triunfo productor de dos carreras en su único turno del juego; Aldo Núñez un hit en tres turnos con una base y un robo de base; Juan Mora con un hit en tres apariciones y Daniel Sánchez bateó de 2-1 con un hit y una base. Miguel Palos un ht y una carrera anotada y Elvin Carrillo con un hit en un turno legal, además de una carrera anotada, una estafa, una base, un fly de sacrificio y una empujada.
EL PITCHEO.
Por la Furia Azul abrió el juego Juan Pablo Téllez quien lanzó dos innings con una base por bolas, sin ponches, un pelotazo pero no recibió carreras. Todos los relevistas lanzaron una entrada completa. Manuel Rondón una entrada con tres bateadores, un hit y dos ponches; Franklin Parra lanzó la cuarta con cinco bateadores, una carrera, dos hits y un ponche. José Rolando Mora recibió una carrera en una entrada, cuatro bateadores con dos hits y un ponche. Patricio Ress tiró la sexta en cuatro bateadores con un hit y una base, Jonathan López la séptima, Oscar Soria con la octava en perfecto orden y cerró Martín Herrera la novena con dos ponches y un hit para apuntarse el salvamento.
