All-New Features Coming to Five County Stadium

ZEBULON - Several new in-stadium amenities, sections, and food items await as the Carolina Mudcats and Five County Stadium get set for the 2022 baseball season beginning on Friday, April 8 in Zebulon.

Dan Ryan Builders Sky Lounge
In the space formerly known as Cattails, the Mudcats and Dan Ryan Builders have partnered to present the Dan Ryan Builders Sky Lounge at Five County Stadium. With a beautiful, climate-controlled indoor space, and stadium seating overlooking the field, the Dan Ryan Builders Sky Lounge is the ideal space to host a large group of guests. Located in the US Foods Club Level, the Dan Ryan Builders Sky Lounge is the largest of the nine luxury suite spaces at Five County Stadium.

Dan Ryan Builders Open House
Located behind home plate, the Dan Ryan Builders Open House is Five County Stadium’s brand-new home for Muddy the Mudcat autograph sessions, stadium information, and more. The Dan Ryan Builders Open House will additionally provide information about the new Sydney Creek housing development currently under construction behind Five County Stadium.

Springhill Outfitters Treestand
Formerly known as the Hot Corner, the Springhill Outfitters Treestand is located above the left field corner of Five County Stadium, providing a phenomenal view of the stadium and exciting baseball action. The Springhill Outfitters Treestand is a fun and unique group and picnic space option as it features two levels of standing room, and high-top seating areas.

Johnston Health Care Fan Center
The Johnston Health Care Fan Center is located behind home plate and operates from the time Five County Stadium’s gates open until after the game ends. The Johnston Health Care Fan Center is where guests may obtain a variety of information and provide comments, or feedback during visits to Five County Stadium. The Fan Center is additionally where fans can obtain free personal hand fans courtesy of Johnston Health Care. Johnston Health Care has also partnered with the Mudcats to present the Johnston Health Care Family Section (Section 209), and the “Kids Run the Bases” promotion following home games throughout the season.

New Food Options at Five County Stadium
New food options abound at Five County Stadium this season as the Mudcats are thrilled to introduce a slew of new menu items. The new additions include mac and cheese and catfish combo meals with filet and fries. The Five County Stadium concessions teams is also proud to offer new Sunday matinee specials with mimosas and ice cream sandwiches available for Sunday home games.

Opening Night is on Friday, April 8 against the Down East Wood Ducks and will feature post-game fireworks presented by Tryon Family Dentistry and CBS 17 News at Five County Stadium.
