Phillies shortstop Starlyn Caba enters the 2024 season as the top player to watch in the Florida Complex League according to Baseball America, headlining the Rookie-level circuit as it returns for another summer in the Sunshine State. Caba, who is ranked as the Phillies' No. 5 prospect by MLB.com, was

Phillies shortstop Starlyn Caba enters the 2024 season as the top player to watch in the Florida Complex League according to Baseball America, headlining the Rookie-level circuit as it returns for another summer in the Sunshine State.

Caba, who is ranked as the Phillies' No. 5 prospect by MLB.com, was considered one of the top International prospects in the 2023 class. He debuted in the Dominican Summer League last year, hitting .301 with 17 RBIs and 16 stolen bases in 38 games for the DSL Phillies.
