Royce Bolinger clubbed a two-run home run, extending the Riders lead to 4-1.Jose Cardona 's two-run blast in the sixth pushed the advantage to 7-2. - The Riders scored in five of their eight innings at the plate Thursday, capping the big night with a two-run double from
Luke Tendler in the bottom of the seventh. - Riders starter
Pedro Payano made it through six innings for the first time in 10 Double-A starts, earning his second win of the season. The righty allowed two runs on three hits and three walks with three strikeouts. - The Missions took a 1-0 lead in the first inning on

- The Riders scored nine runs in a game for the first time since July 1.
- San Antonio permitted nine runs for the first time since May 31. The seven-run margin of defeat was San Antonio's largest since an eight-run loss at Midland April 22.
- Hitting one after the other in the order, Luke Tendler, Royce Bolinger and

The Frisco RoughRiders are the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers and play their games at beautiful Dr Pepper Ballpark in Frisco, Texas. The team was founded in 2003 and has finished first among all Double-A franchises in attendance in each of the last 12 seasons (2005-2016).
