Beeks (5-1, league leader in wins) set careers highs with the scoreless streak and his fourth consecutive win, allowing just two hits on four walks and seven strikeouts. In Beeks' final inning, he kept the scoreless streak alive, inducing a 6-4-3 double play.
The 24 consecutive scoreless innings is tied for the second best mark in franchise history. Kris Johnson had 24 scoreless back in 2008.
Longhi extend Portland's lead to 5-0 with a two-run single off lefty
