Biloxi Drops Series Opener 2-0 In Rain-Shortened Game

Biloxi had a scoring opportunity go by the wayside in the first.
The M-Braves responded with a run in the bottom of the first.
Mississippi added another run in third with a two-out rally.
The game went into a rain delay in the fourth with a pair of men on base for Biloxi. After the delay, Supak bounced out to short to bring the inning to a close. The rain returned in the bottom of the fifth, soaking the infield, mound and home plate without the tarp on the field. Following another delay, the game was ruled an official contest, bringing the night to a close.
Game two of a four-game series starts at 7 PM on Thursday night. RHP
