Bishop Homers Twice and Travs Come Back to Beat Frisco

Frisco, TX-The Arkansas Travelers (27-27) rode a stellar relief outing from Scott Kuzminsky and two homeruns from Braden Bishop to a 6-3 over the Frisco RoughRiders (18-37) to even the series at a game a piece on Saturday night. After trailing early by two, the Travs rallied and eventually took the lead on Yonathan Mendoza's two-run single past a drawn in infield in the sixth inning. Spot starter Spencer Herrmann worked three innings to open the game for the Travs then handed things off to Kuzminsky who delivered his longest outing of the sesason with four shutout innings while facing the minimum 12 hitters. David McKay worked the final two frames to close out the game.

* Mendoza roped a ground ball over the first base bag off reliever Adam Parks to score Beau Amaral and Joe DeCarlo giving Arkansas a 3-2 lead in the sixth inning.
* Two pitches later, Bishop connected for a two-run blast to left field extending the lead.
