Bubba Derby returns after stellar start with AAA Colorado Springs
BILOXI, MS - The Milwaukee Brewers announced the following roster move on Sunday. RHP Bubba Derby has been transferred from Triple-A Colorado Springs back to the Biloxi roster.

Derby, 23, was promoted to Colorado Springs on Saturday to make a spot start in the second game of a doubleheader against the Iowa Cubs. The righty pitched 6.0 shutout innings, allowing three hits and striking out three, earning the win in an 11-0 Sky Sox victory. He had gone 2-1 with a 2.68 earned run average in 16 games for the Shuckers prior to the promotion. He made his first start of the season on Monday at Mississippi and took a no-hitter through 6.2 innings. He was acquired from the Oakland Athletics before the 2016 season along with catcher
Today's move returns Biloxi's roster to 25 players.

The Shuckers, four games behind the Pensacola Blue Wahoos in the South Division with seven games left in the first half, continue their series against the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp on Monday.
