Do I have to use my rollover credit towards the same ticket package?
We know your ticket needs may change between now and next season, so you will have the flexibility to use your rollover credit in a way that makes the most sense for you. Your credit will be eligible to be used towards any Durham Bulls tickets in the future, including 919 Club season memberships and mini plans.
919 Club Members – Full Seasons, Half Seasons and Mini Plans
I have a 919 Club Membership Package for 2020, what will happen to my package for 2021?
We will move your ticket package to 2021 automatically. You will be placed in the same seats, package, and a guaranteed no price increase. The Bulls have already scheduled this transition for the 2021 season and there is no action required on your end. Should you have additional questions/concerns please contact Izzy Piedmonte at ipiedmonte@durhambulls.com.
With my 919 Club Membership Package for 2020 I also purchased a parking pass; will that move over?
Yes, all parking passes for 2020 will move over to 2021 with no increase in price.
I was on a payment plan for 2020, what will happen to the payment plan?
The Bulls paused payment plan collections for 2020 when the season was postponed. Any outstanding payments on your plan will resume January 1, 2021. The new payment plans will be 4- or 8-month plans, depending on the length of your 2020 plan.
I had (digital, cards, or printed) tickets last year for my plan, will I receive the same type of tickets?
Yes, you will receive the same tickets unless you specify otherwise.
I have additional questions about my plan that were not addressed, who can I contact?
Please contact Izzy Piedmonte at ipiedmonte@durhambulls.com or 919-687-6530.
Groups including Picnics
How can I roll over my deposit/payments to the 2021 season?
At this time, you do not need to contact your ticket representative as your deposit/funds will automatically roll over to the 2021 season. Once the new schedule is finalized your funds will be applied toward 2021 tickets.
Why should I roll over my group/picnic?
We expect a large number of group outings once games resume at the DBAP along with the possibility of reduced capacity. By rolling your 2020 tickets over, you will be placed in the first group that gets to schedule their outing for 2021. That means first choice of dates, party decks and seats!
What should I do if a rollover credit for 2021 is not feasible for my group?
Please contact Cassie Fowler at cafowler@durhambulls.com or 919-687-6535 to discuss your group’s situation.
Will the Durham Bulls offer group events at the ballpark even without a baseball game?
Yes! While the Durham Bulls have always offered opportunities to book special events on non-game days throughout the year, we are also working on new group event options to be hosted at our ballparks in the future once capacity restrictions ease. If your group would be interested in hosting an event at our facilities during the off-season, please contact bullsevents@durhambulls.com or groups@durhambulls.com.
I have additional questions about my group outing that were not addressed, who can I contact?
Please email questions about your account to Cassie Fowler at cafowler@durhambulls.com or to groups@durhambulls.com. We ask for your patience in advance as our team works through responding to each inquiry as quickly as possible.
Single Game Tickets
I purchased tickets online. What options are available to me?
As a single game buyer, your purchase forthe 2020 season will now automatically be rolled over into the 2021 season. Please note, no action is required from you at this time. We assure you there will be no price increases for rolled over accounts for the 2021 season, so your tickets are now automatically paid in full for next summer. There will be a special “on-sale” date to pick the games/seats you would be interested in for the 2021 season before single game tickets are made available to the general public. Please email 2021BullsTickets@durhambulls.com with any questions or concerns.
I purchased tickets for a specific promotion/date/opponent. Are refunds available?
We are working on our promotional schedule for 2021. Once it is finalized, it will be included in your presale notification. If you were joining us from out of town, or cannot attend next season, refunds are an option. Please email 2021BullsTickets@durhambulls.com with any questions or concerns.
When will I receive my presale link or refund?
We anticipate sending out presale links for 2021 in the later part of this year once our schedule is finalized. It will go to your e-mail address used to purchase your initial tickets.
Refunds will be processed and returned to the credit card used to purchase the original tickets.
Special Events/Non-Game Questions
What are you doing at the ballpark to make it safe for spectators?
The Bulls are working with our local and state health officials to ensure the DBAP is safe for all fans once we can open. Also working on best practices with other local and state venues. Safety measures include regularly scheduled deep cleanings throughout the park, easily accessible hand sanitation stations and encouraging cashless payments to help decrease the spread of germs are all being evaluated for implementation once the park opens to the public.
If I am interested in hosting an event at the ballpark, what are my options?
While we are still working to prepare the DBAP to open to the public, you can email bullsevents@durhambulls.com to begin planning your event now! The Bulls excel at hosting events such as business meetings, team building outings, weddings and more, and would love to host you later this year.
How can I get my Bulls fix until the 2021 season starts?
Classic Bulls games will be broadcast every Saturday night through July on MeTV and Facebook Live. We have selected a collection of games to showcase big wins over rivals and title runs.
The Ballpark Corner Store is now open for shopping!
