Burrows makes long-awaited return
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Beau Burrows (0-2, 4.40 ERA) has returned to the Toledo Mud Hens after close to a two-month long absence on the injured list.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. -
Coming over from Double-A Erie on Thursday, Burrows made his first Triple-A start since April 27, working his way back from shoulder inflamation.
Burrows, 22, made a pair of rehab starts with High-A Lakeland and the SeaWolves on June 17 and 22, respectively.
The 2015 Detroit Tigers first-round draft pick went five innings, allowing three hits and zero earned runs, as Toledo won 4-3 over the Louisville Bats at Louisville Slugger Field.
The Mud Hens finishe 2-2 to conclude the four-game road trip after winning their eighth against the Bats this season.

The second solo home run of the game for Toledo came in the fourth as
Lugo smashed two RBIs in his return Wednesday and currently holds the team-high in batting average (.353).
Toledo led 3-0 entering the bottom half of the fifth inning when Cameron extended his hitting streak to six games with a solo home run to left.
Cameron is batting 10-for-22 with two doubles, two home runs and three RBIs during this run.

Reininger has surrendered three earned runs in three of his last five relief appearances with Toledo.

Pinero, the 2016 Tigers ninth-round draft pick, picks up his 13th RBI through 26 games with the Mud Hens this season.
