In the top of the fourth, though, Buies Creek (26-21) knotted the game against Cease. The Astros loaded the bases with only one out via two walks and a single by J.J. Matijevic. Cease limited the damage, but an RBI groundout from Troy Sieber tied up the ballgame.
However, Winston-Salem responded right away with two runs in the bottom of the inning to retake the lead.
