The D-backs optioned him to the Triple-A Aces on March 30, and he's been manhandling Pacific Coast League pitching ever since.
Walker blasted two home runs to move into a tie for the most in the Minor Leagues this season with 12 as Reno beat Round Rock, 14-4, on Thursday at Greater Nevada Field. The multi-homer game marked his first since April 12 against Albuquerque and the sixth of his professional career.

After lining out to left field in the first inning against right-hander
Walker flew out to center in the fourth before tagging Wagner with a solo shot to left with two outs in the sixth. He stands in a five-way tie for the Minor League lead while also topping the PCL with 46 RBIs.
The 2012 fourth-round pick hit for the cycle on May 14 and sports a six-game hitting streak, during which he's hit 12-for-29 with three homers, 11 runs scored and 10 RBIs. Walker has amassed a .306/.381/.631 slash line, a marked improvement over last season's .264/.321/.437 mark with Triple-A Norfolk. He needs six homers and 18 RBIs to match his 2016 numbers.
