Unique feature

Columbus Clippers, Triple-A:
Nestled in the heart of downtown Columbus, Huntington Park brings the industrial feel of the Arena District into the stadium. In right, there's a tri-level, 22-foot structure that is reminiscent of Fenway's Green Monster, offering a great place to catch a 318-foot homer. Even if you're not within the park, folks passing by can look through the structure to take in some action for themselves -- a tribute to baseball’s knothole gang pastimes. Read more »

Mouthwatering concessions

Akron RubberDucks, Double-A:The "Extreme Food Menu" at Canal Park is loaded with possibilities, but perhaps the most intriguing is the 1-2 punch of the Three Dog Night and The Screamer. The former is a "baseball version of the turducken," featuring a hot dog stuffed inside a bratwurst, stuffed inside a kielbasa, all on a sub bun and topped with sauerkraut. Do your best to save room for dessert, because the The Screamer is a five-pound sundae that dreams are made of. Brownies line a full-size batting helmet, then are topped with 21 scoops of ice cream, bananas, whipped cream, sprinkles, chocolate syrup and cherries. Read more »

Best views

Lynchburg Hillcats, Single-A
The only Guardians non-complex affiliate outside of Ohio, the aptly-named Hillcats make the most of their home in the "City of Seven Hills." As the fifth-oldest ballpark in the Minors, the Bank of the James Stadium lets the rolling hills of the backdrop do the talking, with minimal videoboards and no outfield seating to interrupt the views. Must-see local attractions

Lake County Captains, High-A:
What's a captain without water? Classic Park sits 2-3 miles from Lake Erie from due west to due north, but the real attraction is just a few more miles northeast at the Headlands Beach State Park, the longest beach at the lake, sprawling 35 acres. But if you'd rather be surrounded by trees than sand, check out the North Chagrin Reservation, just six miles from the ballpark. The land is full of trails, woodlands, wetlands and Squire's Castle, which was built in the 1890s. Read more »
