Copa de la Diversión Kicks Off on Wednesday, April 10th

In partnership with the Greenville Hispanic Alliance and Click Magazine, the Greenville Drive are excited to kick off the 2019 Copa de la Diversión festivities on Wednesday, April 10th at Fluor Field.
Gates open at 6:00 PM, and the first 3,000 fans to enter will receive a special poster of Drive alum and Red Sox World Series Champion, Christian Vazquez, a native of Puerto Rico. First pitch against the Augusta GreenJackets is set for 7:05 PM.
Don't miss this unique celebration of the Hispanic community with a festival-like atmosphere, featuring food trucks, face painters, balloon artists, and games! There will also be live dance performances from the International Dance School/Academy and Jaramillo's Latin Dance Academy, as well as mariachi band performances.
The Drive are excited to partner with Minor League Baseball in the Copa de la Diversión initiative once again in 2019 in celebration of local Hispanic communities and their contributions to prosperity. For April 10th, and all other Copa games in 2019, the Drive will take the field as the Greenville Energía with special caps and jerseys.
