SALEM, Virginia (June 30, 2019) - Daniel Gonzalez held a scoreless outing but an eighth-inning spark for Winston-Salem lifted the Dash 3-2 over the San Bernardos de Salem Sunday afternoon at Haley Toyota Field.

How it Happened
* Pedro Castellanos led-off the second inning with a double. Keith Curcio immediately followed with a double of his own to score Castellanos and take a 1-0 lead. Edgar Corcino knocked an RBI single to double the advantage.
* Gonzalez's day finished after six-plus innings. The righty allowed six hits but permitted no runs to Winston-Salem and struck out six.
* Dash bats came to life in the eighth inning. Tyler Frost singled, stole a base and came home on a Zach Remillard double to cut the lead in half. Steele Walker tied the game with a single and scored the go-ahead run when Craig Dedelow singled for a 3-2 advantage and final.
