HOW IT HAPPENED
Tri-City struck quickly in the top of the first, scoring the first earned run against
Tri-City surged past the Frogs in the sixth, scoring four runs with three back-to-back-to-back home runs.
WRAPPING IT UP
At the plate, the Frogs registered eight hits with four doubles and two home runs. On the mound, Kirby pitched three innings, allowing one earned run and striking out three batters.
LOOKING AHEAD
Up next, the Frogs hit the road for a four-game series against the Hillsboro Hops July 29-August 1. After that, they'll return to Funko Field for a three-game series against the current Northwest League North Division leaders, the Spokane Indians.
