Baseball aficionados never need an excuse to enjoy a ballgame, but spending time with family and friends out at the park increased the fun for fans, the players and the franchises across the Minor League landscape. Here are a few of the social media highlights gleaned from Sunday's celebrations.

Baseball aficionados never need an excuse to enjoy a ballgame, but spending time with family and friends out at the park increased the fun for fans, the players and the franchises across the Minor League landscape. Here are a few of the social media highlights gleaned from Sunday's celebrations.

The Triple-A Worcester Red Sox held an Easter egg hunt in Polar Park's outfield. The fans seemed to enjoy that as much as cheering every swing taken and every pitch made by Boston prospects.

Follow International League club the Charlotte Knights welcomed Autism Charlotte back to Truist Field for their annual Easter Egg Hunt.

They may on the other side of the country, but the Triple-A Reno Aces also had a similar idea. Their egg hunt came complete with a photo shoot with their mascot, Archie.

The Triple-A Durham Bulls went the extra mile (or it just seemed like that in high speed) with a time-lapse video of the egg hunt they hosted at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park.

The Easter Bunny made an appearance at TD Bank Ballpark before the Double-A Somerset Patriots game.

The Double-A Reading Fightin' Phils got to specialize, as they wished their fans an O'Hoppe Easter.
