Courtney Hawkins throwing error led to two runs scoring. Two more Barons errors in the third resulted in a pair of runs, giving the Lookouts a 5-1 lead they would not give up. - Turning Point: Jorge Rondón entered in relief of
Matt Tomshaw (L, 0-1) in the fourth with the bases loaded and one out. The reliever promptly struck out Zander Weil and induced a fly out fromBrian Navarreto to end the inning with the runners left on base and keep the Barons within striking distance. - By The Numbers: Jameson Fisher continued his torrid start to the season with a leadoff double in the top of the fourth inning to extend his hitting streak to four games. He also walked and added a sacrifice fly to score Birmingham's final run.
