CLEARWATER, FLA.: After a total washout on Friday evening suspended the series by a day, the Florida Fire Frogs came out for the second straight time in Clearwater and swept a Saturday evening double header, 3-2 and 5-0, from the Threshers to claim a series victory in front of 5,349 at Spectrum Field.
The Fire Frogs outhit the Threshers 24-7 in a double dip that was completed in just 4:10 from start to finish. The Fire Frogs outhit the Threshers 13-4 in game one and 11-3 in game two.
Florida is now 7-1 in the second half against Clearwater and has held them without a run in five of those victories.

In his first game back since being activated from the Injured List, Estrada went 2-3 to notch his fourth multi-hit effort.
Glogoski didn't factor in the decision for the Threshers, scattering seven hits and an earned run over five innings.
Wilkins had two hits before he was pinch ran for in the sixth. Ramos was 2-3 with an RBI to advance his hitting streak to six consecutive games.
Consecutive knocks from Estrada and Michel set up Langhorne for the winning base hit in the seventh versus Warren; 3-2 Florida.
Warren (1-3) gave up six hits and two earned runs across six outs to take the loss.
Tarnok (3-7) bounced back from consecutive losses with a strong outing in game one. He picked up his fourth Advanced-A quality start by firing six innings of four-hit baseball, permitting just one earned run, two walks, and racking up five Ks for his third win of the season.
