The Tulsa Drillers generated early offense in a pair of games Friday night at ONEOK Field and swept a doubleheader from San Antonio. The Drillers scored in the first inning of both games and never trailed at any time in a 9-0 victory in game one and 6-3 win in game two.
With the sweep, first-place Tulsa increased its lead in the Texas League North Division standings to 2.5 games over second-place Arkansas and to 5.5 games over third-place Northwest Arkansas.
