Fisher fanned two batters in the second inning, one in the third, and two more in the fourth.
Just a punchout shy of his career-high six strikeouts, the 23-year-old fanned Dominic Fletcher. He then plunked Arizona's ninth-ranked prospect Blaze Alexander with a full count. Fisher proceeded to strikeout Zack Shannon and Tim Susnara for his career-high seventh and eighth whiffs.
Fisher tossed 185 1/3 innings at the University of Illinois between 2018 and 2019. For the Fighting Illini, the lefty compiled a 13-4 record with a 3.30 ERA and 159 strikeouts.
The Champaign, IL native was done after five no-hit innings where he set a career-high in strikeouts and pitches (76). Connor Curlis (3-3) was tabbed to continue the Dragons no-hit bid in the top of the sixth.

After surrendering a leadoff double to Cougars left fielder Tra Holmes, Curlis did not allow another blemish. The left-hander from Ohio State fanned six, walked one over four innings of one-hit ball.
Kane County starter, Jackson Goddard, the D-Backs 28th-ranked prospect, fired six innings of one-hit ball. He walked one and struck out four.
