The Chiefs tacked on another run in the top of the sixth thanks to Chad Huffman. With one out and a 1-2 count, Huffman hit his first home run as a Chief on a fly ball over the right-field fence for a 7-2 advantage.
Syracuse added to its total with a two-run top of the ninth. Snyder continued his strong performance with his second home run of the game. Irving Falu singled to center with one out, and Snyder followed with a blast over the left-center-field fence.
Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (83-50) scored its only two runs in the bottom of the fourth inning for a 2-0 lead.
The Chiefs return home Monday night at 6:35 p.m. to take on the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, as part of a season-ending eight-game homestand.
