After Bristol pitching held Greeneville to just two over the minimum through six innings, the Reds scored four runs on six hits over the final three frames.

The Reds tied the game in the seventh.
Greeneville added two insurance runs in the ninth. A.J. Bumpass singled to open up the inning, and scored on Reina's second RBI-double of the night. Reina was thrown out at third trying to stretch his hit into a triple. The Reds loaded up the bases with one out, and Plaz hit a sacrifice fly off RHP
RHP Matt Gill (W, 1-0) earned the win in relief. He allowed two hits in a scoreless inning with a strikeout. RHP Quentin Sefcik (S, 1) recorded the final six outs to earn his first career save. He walked one and struck out one over two scoreless innings.
The Reds are off Monday and begin a six game home stand Tuesday night against the Johnson City Cardinals at Pioneer Park. Tuesday night is Taco Tuesday. RHP
