The Pigs wrapped up a record-setting month of July with four home runs. They finish the month with 42 home runs, breaking the record of 41 from the team's historic 24-win May of last year.
Jesmuel Valentín belted the first home run of the game in the top of the first to put Lehigh Valley up 2-0. Two batters later Joey Meneses launched his IL-leading 19th home run to double the advantage.
Mitch Walding joined Meneses at the top of the IL home run leaderboard with a three-run blast in the top of the second to build an 8-0 Pigs lead. Logan Moore capped off the month with a solo home run in the top of the sixth.

Ranger Suárez was tagged for five runs in the start and did not earn a decision. Suarez was lifted after 4 1/3 innings where he allowed six hits including a three-run home run by Danny Janson to make it 8-3. Buffalo scored five unanswered runs to make it an 8-5 game in the bottom of the fifth.
