(Norwich, CT) -- The Norwich Sea Unicorns dropped Tuesday night’s game at Dodd Stadium 5-2 to the Nashua Silver Knights.
Hunter Yaworski (Brooklyn, CT/Mitchell College) began the fourth inning with a triple down the right field line, followed by a base hit back at the pitcher by Tyler Wells (Danville, VT/University of New Haven) to cut the Nashua lead to 3-1. The Sea Unicorns tried to make a comeback in the eighth as Korey Morton hit a double down the right field line that got him into scoring position. Yaworski laced a base hit into left field that scored Morton, cutting the Nashua lead to 4-2.
Liam Milewski (Old Lyme, CT/UConn Avery-Point) came out of the Norwich bullpen going two scoreless and hitless innings with one walk and two strikeouts.
