Sounds to Host "Big Guitar Brewfest" on July 16

Over 50 Local and Craft Breweries to be Featured in Inaugural Event

The Nashville Sounds Baseball Club is pleased to announce the "Big Guitar Brewfest" will take place at First Tennessee Park from 1:00-4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 16.

Over 50 local and craft breweries and four liquor sampling tents will be featured on the field for beer connoisseurs. Patrons have three ticket options to choose from:

VIP Ticket: VIP includes early admission (12:00 p.m.), access to specialty and limited edition beer served only during the first hour, free food in The Band Box, free mini-golf at The Country Club at The Band Box, unlimited beer, liquor samples, a souvenir mug mason jar and access to the game area in The Band Box from 12:00-4:00 p.m. for $75 per ticket.

General Admission Ticket: General Admission includes unlimited beer, liquor samples, a souvenir mug mason jar and access to the game area in The Band Box from 1:00-4:00 p.m. for $50 per ticket. The Country Club at the Band Box mini-golf course will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis for $5 per round.

Designated Driver Ticket: A designated driver ticket includes entrance with free water and soda throughout the event for $25.

Food will be for sale at The Band Box and the first base concession areas throughout the event.

Tickets are available beginning Monday, June 6 at the Sounds' ticket office and online at www.nashvillesounds.com.

The "Big Guitar Brewfest" is looking for volunteers who have a passion about beer. All volunteers will gain admittance to the Brewfest, a souvenir mason jar mug, free beer samples and a voucher for free lunch from the concession stand. All volunteers must be over 21 years old and able to stand for multiple hours. Volunteers are needed to help hand out mugs at the gates and to pour beer and interact with guests at the various beer tents on the field. Volunteers are asked to arrive no later than 11:15am on July 16 and should be done no later than 4pm. Spaces are limited so please confirm early.
