Bob Odenkirk Scheduled to Appear at Isotopes "Better Call Saul" Night

Actor to Sign Autographs and Meet with Fans who Purchase Jerseys
July 9, 2016

Bob Odenkirk, star of the "Breaking Bad" spinoff "Better Call Saul", is scheduled to be in attendance at Isotopes Park on Saturday, August 6 when the Albuquerque Isotopes celebrate "Better Call Saul" Night. The actor will participate in a number of activities around the ballpark, having a chance to interact with fans and take in the Isotopes Park experience.

The Isotopes will don special "Better Call Saul" themed jerseys, prominently featuring Odenkirk in his titular role as the smooth-talking Albuquerque attorney, Jimmy McGill (aka Saul Goodman).

Fans will have a chance to bid on the game-worn jerseys via a silent auction, with winners having the opportunity to have their jerseys personally autographed by Odenkirk. For Isotopes fans across the country, a select number of jerseys will be available through an online auction. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the New Mexico Autism Society.

"I've always loved to watch the pros play ball, and there's nothing better than seeing an Isotopes game on a summer night in the ABQ - except doing it and also helping out a charity," said Odenkirk. "Come join me, let's cheer the home team on together. I hope all of Albuquerque can make it out!"

As gates open at 6:00 p.m. Odenkirk will be available on the concourse for an autograph session before moving to the field to deliver the contest's ceremonial first pitch. During the seventh-inning stretch, he will then serenade the Isotopes Park crowd with his rendition of "Take Me Out to the Ball Game."

The evening will culminate with a fireworks show, presented by Power Ford.

Tickets for "Better Call Saul" Night and all remaining Isotopes home games are available at the Isotopes Park Box Office, abqisotopes.com, and Ticketmaster outlets, including internet, phone, and retail locations.
