Renovation Project Yields Suite Results
Prior to the Buffalo beginning their 25th consecutive season of baseball downtown, 17 individual suites will receive a complete renovation. A process that started earlier in the offseason with the dismantling of each suite has come full circle with the installation of new millwork, carpeting, décor and furniture from Office Furniture Center, Tonawanda, NY.
"This is the first in that time we've taken on a project like this in the history of the ballpark," beamed Anthony Sprague, Director of Sales. "We're constantly taking steps to improve the fan experience all over the park."
Sprague stressed that over the past few season's individual conversations with management, fan surveys and suggestions were all instrumental for the club in deciding on everything from décor to amenities.
"Not only do these items enhance the fan experience but also creates an added value," Sprague said. "We want to pass along whether you're entertaining clients or celebrating with family."
Over the past five years, 24 of the 26 suites on the upper level of the ballpark have gone through complete transformations. Aside from a great baseball, fans are treated to a number of individual perks with their choice of rental that can include flat screen displays, video gaming systems, visits from team mascots and various promotional giveaways waiting on you to arrive. In addition, all suite rentals come with a $100 food credit towards designing the perfect menu for your event.
The project represents a $50,000 investment for the club leading into Opening Day at Coca-Cola Field. Fans will get an early view of the improvements during the Bisons annual "Family Fun Day Open House" on Saturday, March 3 at Coca-Cola Field.
Completed during the 2010 season, the SLR Contracting Media & Conference Suite continues to serve as the Bisons suite level flagship. A one-of-a-kind multi-purpose business suite offers a game-day experience like no other. From video and telephone conferencing to independent internet access and dedicated point-of-sale technology, this premier state-of-the-art business suite allows for a seamless transition from afternoon meetings to baseball evenings.
Additionally, the park features four theme suites that can accommodate up to 20 people each and a pair of Party Suites that provide a large area for events that need the extra space for announcements, ceremonies or just more guests.
