Frank Gonzales- Manager

Frank Gonzales will enter his third season with the Rockies, first as Manager of the Boise Hawks...spent the previous two years as Short-A Tri-City's pitching coach...Gonzales is a La Junta, Colo. native and former professional baseball player who spent the majority of his eight-year professional career in the Detroit Tigers organization...Gonzales spent four years (2009-2012) as the head baseball coach at Fort Collins High School and six years (1999-2005) with Colorado State University's club baseball team before joining the Rockies organization...he played collegiately at Colorado State University...he and his wife, Gina, have been married for 25 years and have two sons: Marco (23), currently a pitcher with the St. Louis Cardinals, and Alex (16).
