In four games, Danner went 6-for-16 with a triple and three home runs, scoring five runs, knocking in seven runs, drawing two walks, stealing a base and slashing .375/.444/1.063.
Danner, 20, becomes the first Lugnuts player honored with a weekly award by the Midwest League this season. The Huntington Beach, Calif., native is in his first year with the Lugnuts.
The Lugnuts (28-33) are currently in the midst of a 10-day, 11-game road trip, wrapping up a four-game series tonight at 7 p.m. against the Lake County Captains.
