Hilliard, Daza Named to 2019 All-PCL Team
The Pacific Coast League has announced that Albuquerque Isotopes outfielders Sam Hilliard and Yonathan Daza have been named to the 2019 All-PCL Team.

Hilliard, 25, is in the midst of a record-setting season with the Isotopes. The outfielder has set the Isotopes single-season record for runs scored (109) and extra-base hits (71).
The Mansfield, Texas native's 109 runs scored and 125 games played rank first in the PCL, while Hilliard's 35 home runs and 279 total bases rank third. His 101 RBI are fourth-best in the circuit at the time of the accountment.
Hilliard is one three players in all of Minor League Baseball with at least 30 home runs and 20 stolen bases (Kyle Tucker,
Daza, 25, still ranks in the top 10 in numerous offensive categories in the PCL despite his time spent with the Colorado Rockies. The outfielder ranks third in batting average (.364), seventh in hits (141), ninth in doubles (30) and 10th in on-base percentage (.404).
At the time of the announcement, Daza's .364 batting average (141-for-387) will establish a new Isotopes single-season record, surpassing Joe Dillon's .360 average from 2005.
Despite playing 89 games with Albuquerque, Daza still leads the Isotopes in both hits and doubles. The Maracay, Venezuela native also ranks second on the club behind only
Hilliard and Daza become the 19th and 20th players in Isotopes history to be named to the All-PCL Team since the club's Inaugural Season in 2003. Both players were also selected PCL Mid-Season All-Stars in July.
